Thierry Clerc, international lawyer, has been a specialist since 1996. He has invested significantly in this field and built a network of correspondents in over fifty countries, while working closely with the international departments of the Chambers of Commerce of Normandy.

A member of Eurojuris International from 1992 to 2022 (600 law firms in 50 countries), he served as a board member for 4 years, then as president for 4 years, and later as head of a working group (contracts and litigation) for 8 years.

In parallel, he was also a member of the French-British Chamber of Commerce.

He is currently a member of the Rouen-Ningbo Club, within the framework of the twinning of the city of Rouen with Ningbo, a city of 7 million inhabitants located south of Shanghai.

He has supported numerous French and international companies in their international dealings (contracts, permanent establishments, litigation, etc.).

The firm will participate in the event on June 11th, 2025, XPORT DAY, at the Normandy Regional Council headquarters in Rouen, as a partner.

Organised in partnership with leading public and private stakeholders, XPORT DAY is a major event dedicated to supporting companies in their international expansion strategy. This event is aimed at business leaders, in-house counsels, export managers, and project leaders wishing to structure or strengthen their presence in foreign markets.

The objective of the day is twofold: to raise awareness among companies of the legal, economic and operational issues of export, while providing them with concrete tools to secure and optimise their international growth.
